GemObsessed is bespoke gemstone jewelry business based in Singapore. In the design we were inspired from gem colors such as Rich Blue Tanzanite and Seafoam Tourmaline when we created our color palette for the brand. Our approach was minimal in the logo designs, a simple G+O monogram was created in topographic map style and a sans serif font chosen to complete the designs.
We continued our geometrical approach in business card, tote bag and paper carry bag designs with asymmetrical texts. We created 2 patterns to use with packaging, one with repeating monogram and one with geometrical shapes that resembles an evil eye bead that is believed to protect from negative energy in many cultures.
