1Kitap 1 Mekan (1Book 1Venue) is instagram page of Duygu Ozdemir where she has been sharing her book and venues to read books recommendations, I've been already following her account for years before she reached out to me for her new brand identity.
Drawing inspiration from her long-standing connection to France, we developed a refined visual identity that blends her love for books and Parisian café culture. The new typography logo, accompanied by the slogan "le temps de lire" (time to read), encapsulated a serene and sophisticated universe. I Created custom illustrations to enhance this identity, portraying the joy of reading in cozy Parisian settings and cafe facade that has a window filled with books. We created a color palette filled with burgundy, pale pink and creams, inspired of old books and encyclopedias.
Together, these elements come together to create a timeless and inviting brand identity, perfectly reflecting the warm, book-filled spaces Duygu shares with her audience.
